At One Life our mission is to feed and equip people in our community to break cycles of poverty. We do this through our shopping style food pantry, giving garden, nutrition education classes, Thanksgiving, and homeless care program. We help our clients keep their pets by providing food for their animals as well. Providing healthy foods and choices for our clients is a top priority at One Life. We partner with other nonprofits to help our clients get at the root cause of poverty through education and job training. We help over 3100 families, children and seniors in Clark County each year. With the high cost of rent in our area we are seeing an increase of clients needing to access our pantry each week.
We are currently raising funds to open our facility another day of the week. We are also raising funds to replace 30 year old equipment with more energy efficient models.
